PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Efectuar a contabilidade e fiscalidade dos fundos, executando os lançamentos e classificações manuais e automáticas, garantindo a boa execução dos procedimentos de contabilidade;
- Elaborar reconciliações bancárias de todos os fundos;
- Emitir avisos de cobrança para os associados do fundo;
- Emitir recibos e cobrar as contribuições devidas aos associados;
- Elaborar e controlar o mapa de comissões e fees de gestão por fundo;
- Produzir demonstrações financeiras e balancetes mensais dos fundos;
- Elaborar relatório e contas dos fundos e todos os relatórios que forem necessários para o cumprimento das obrigações definidas com os associados, supervisores e accionistas;
- Produzir informação económico-financeira necessária para reporte de gestão dos
fundos; e - Realizar outras responsabilidades que venham a ser claramente identificadas, necessárias a prossecução dos objectivos da Moçambique Previdente no âmbito das suas competências.
REQUISITOS/QUALIFICAÇÕES
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade ou Finanças;
- Português e inglês falados fluentemente;
- Excelente habilidade em MS Office, especificamente Excel;
- Ser membro da OCAM constitui uma vantagem; e
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos.
